 The
NITEK Video Baluns are transmission devices that provide a low cost means of
sending live video over unshielded twisted pair, point-to-point wiring for
distances of up to 1,000 feet (750 feet when used with DVR equipment).
The NITEK Video Baluns are also compatible with all of the "up-the-coax"
control systems. A basic system would require one unit at each end of
a twisted pair of wires. The NITEK Video Baluns are intended for use
over existing in house telephone wiring, Category 5 wiring or other twisted
pair cable runs to provide a convenient, cost-effective alternative to coax.
NITEK Video Baluns are designed to provide immunity from noise and
interference, even when running next to line power!The VB41x4 plugs into the RK400 Card Cage, which holds up to ten (10) Modular cards. The RK400 Card Cage is a powered card cage that accepts the full line of NITEK receiver units. This modular "plug-in" feature allows the system to be custom configured for each application and provides easy expandability. |

 The
TR515x4 and TR560x4 Modular Cards are designed for use with the Modular Rack
System. The system holds up to ten (10) modular cards in any
combination, using the RK400 card cage (not included). This modular
"plug-in" feature allows the system to be custom configured for each
application and provides easy expandability.Both the TR515x4 and TR560x4 are designed for operation over category 2, 3, 4 or 5 twisted pair cable. The systems work equally well over existing communication and computer network spare pairs or new cable installations. A highly balanced transmitter output design assures that the system will not interfere with other equipment on the network. Advanced receiver electronics provide complete immunity from ground loop, hum and noise to produce maximum video quality with minimum loss. A dip switch on the receiver unit provides incremental adjustment of gain and frequency compensation to allow the system to be "fine-tuned" for an existing cable. This unique feature provides adjustment for optimum performance over the entire operating range and also allows cable length to be estimated with a wide safety margin. Up to 32 Port Powered Video Hub with built-in surge suppression and video detection. Systems operate with other NITEK UTP video equipment including, Video Transceiver Hubs, standard Video Balun Transceivers, Active Transmitters, or any Twisted Pair Equipped Camera. The VH3200 series UTP Modular Hub system holds up to four VB41x8, TR515x8 or TR560x8 8 channel video receiver cards in any combination, for a total of 32 input ports. The VB41x8 can be used on video runs up to 1,000 feet (750 feet when used with DVR equipment). The TR515x8 can be used up to 1,500 feet with passive transmitters. The TR560x8 can be used up to 3,000 feet with passive transmitters an dup to 6,000 feet with the NITEK TT560 active transmitter.

DA422 Data Distribution Card is designed for use with the Modular Rack
System for distances up to 6,000 feet.The Modular Rack system holds up to ten (10) modular cards. Cards may be inserted in various combinations of video and DA422 cards. The maximum allowable number of DAA422 cards per Modular Rack is four (4). The DA422 is designed for use over Category unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling. The DA422 functions as a RS422 distribution card. RSE422 control signals from a controller, matrix, etc. are connected to the input of the DA422 and four (4) signals are available for distribution to multi-points at the output either using an RJ45 modular connector or screwless pushs terminals. The system can also adapt to existing communication cables, computer network spare pairs or new cable installations. The balanced output design of the DA422 insures that the system will not interfere with other equipment on the network. |
