BIG BOOM SUBWOOFER BIG BOOM FRONT-FIRING AMPLIFIED SUBWOOFERS Omage® 1" (25 mm) thick sloped-baffle, front-firing subwoofers deliver deep, clear bass from compact cabinets. A bass complement is often needed to reinforce the frequency response of main speakers and the elegant, affordable Omage® Big Boom subwoofers fulfill this role, greatly enhancing the home theater experience.

A combination of volume and crossover frequency controls enable you to precisely match the subwoofer's output to your main speakers. With attention to design details and component complements, this series has superior bass performance. For wiring convenience, a 20 ft (6 m) single RCA audio cable is supplied with each subwoofer. |

The port is flared at both ends, reducing air turbulence and consequently distortion. The down firing port reinforces bass and complements the front firing delivery. |

The cabinets are constructed with heavy, 5/8" (16 mm) non-resonant MDF. The strong cabinets yield less out-of-phase cabinet wall flex, increasing the bass output and bass definition. Finally, a 1" (25 mm) thick gently sloped baffle design minimizes cabinet standing waves. |

A long-throw woofer design increases bass output, while limiting distortion. A vented pole piece cools the voice coil, promoting longer life and less acoustic compression. |

Light-weight urethane surround increases acoustic output of the 6.5" (16.5 cm) BBF-206. Rubber suspension of the larger BBF-208, BBF-210V2 and BBF-212 woofers provides increased durability and extended power handling capability. |
The BBF-206, BBF-208 and BB-210 models are available in black and silver. (For silver add suffix -S)

No
compromise was made in designing and building the individual components
which comprise the BBF series of amplified subwoofers. The amplifiers,
drivers and cabinets have all been specially designed to perform greater
than the sum of their parts. Special care was taken so that all the
woofers dissipate heat as quickly as possible for long life. Final
testing is conducted before the BBF subwoofers are packaged to ensure the
absence of unwanted vibrations and cabinet wind noises.
