for Pelco® Coaxitron® to Pelco® 422D protocol.The CDX440 is designed for use with all 15 bit and 32 bit Coaxitron® systems*. It provides a single 422D output and a ground loop isolated video. Its benefits include sending RS422 control signals up to 6,000 feet, or beyond when used iwth an appropriate line driver, and increased reliability in high noise environments. The CDX440 is ideal for use with twisted pair video equipment, allowing video and control to be sent on adjacent pairs with complete community to environmental noise. Because the CDX440 converts the Coaxitron® video and control into separate simplex signals, it can easily interface to RF equipment or standard modem units. The CDX440 should be connected within 50 feet of the Coaxitron® outputing device. The system comes with a 12VDC wall transformer and requires no tools to install. *When used with 32 big systems, the CDX440 provides execution of all system features. When used with 15 bit systems, the CDX440 provides full control of all features exce0pt execution/programming of presets and tours. |

DL1142 system provides RS422 data transmission at rates up to 64K Baud for
distances up to 12,000 feet (3.7Km).The DL1142 is designed for operation over Category 2, 3, 4 or 5 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables and standard 24 AWG telephone pairs. With this system it is unnecessary to use 18 AWG shielded pair. The unit works equally well over existing communication cables, computer network spares pairs or new cable installations. A highly balanced output design assures that the system will not interfere with other equipment on the network. The DL1142 is designed for easy connection to standard security equipment, including keyboards, matrixes, PTZ systems, access control systems, CPU units, etc. DL1142 is a single unit that connects to twisted pair wires and RSE422 via a screwless terminal block for 14 AWG to 26 AWG wires. This unit can be installed at the RS422 source or up to 4,000 feet away. The DL1142 outputs an RS422 signal that will go for an additional 12,000 feet and allows up to 32 more RS422 devices to be connected to it. The DL1142 works with RS422, Bi-Phase and any other RS422-type signals. Two systems will provide 4-wire RS485 up to 12,000 feet. The DL1142 can also be used to split off or "Y" a signal allowing an RS422 run to go in two directions. Using several units on a longer run will support a multi-drop application of the RS422 signal. |

All connections are via a screwless terminal block that accepts wire sizes from 14 AWG to 26 AWG. The system works with all Baud rates up to 64K. It is possible to daisy-chain up to 24 receiver units (extra receivers must be ordered separately) from a single transmitter. The system includes a transmitter, receiver and power supplies. Some of the typical applications include remote keyboard control of multiplexers and matrix systems and use in access control systems. |

DL2120 and DL2130 system can send RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 data for up
to 10 miles.The DL2120 and DL2130 are unique Line Driver systems developed by NITEK that transmit data over twisted pair cables or leased telephone lines for extended distances. DataLink accepts either RS232m RS422 or 4 wire RS485 input data and delivers RS232, RS422 or 4 wire RS485 at the output, eliminating the need for additional data converters. pair cables or leased lines In applications where it is necessary to provide control of P/T/Z, video multiplexers or access control panels at distances that are beyond the typical 10,000 foot transmission range of RS422, the DL2120 Data Link is the solution. The DL2120 is a Line Driver that will accept either an RS232 or RS422 input and outputs both RS232 and RS422, to a distance of 10 miles at baud rates of up to 19.2 kbps. The DL2120 operates a complete converter/line driver, so no other equipment is required to provide transmission. The diagrams above illustrate some ways the DL2120 can be used. |
