Hazardous location AC single stroke bells produce a distinctive, loud, and clear individual note that is free of mechanical clatter.  When current is applied, the striker hits the gong once and stops.  Current may be coded to cause the striker to hit the gong intermittently.  Ideal for use with momentary initiating contacts.

Mounts to any solid surface using 3/8" (10mm) fasteners.  Units fitted with a sealing fitting for 3/4" (19mm) conduit and wire leads for power connections.

Used for coded signal applications such as paging.  Also specified for timing, scheduling, and general alarm applications in:  Refineries, gasoline storage and dispensing areas, petrochemical manufacturers, spray paint areas, aircraft hangers, grain dust areas in granaries and flour mills, and industrial firms using flammable liquids.

The Edwards hazardous location fire alarm bell is the finest heavy duty, hazardous location bell available today.  It delivers a distinctive, clear ring that is free of mechanical clatter.  Vibrating bells produce a long, continuous ringing sound.  The striker continues to rapidly strike the gong as long as current is applied.

The bell has been designed for indoor applications requiring supervision of signaling circuit field wiring but may be used for unsupervised applications as well.

Mounts to any solid surface suing two 3/8" (10mm) fasteners.  Each unit is supplied with wire leads and a sealing fitting for connection to 3/4" (19mm) conduit.

The 439DEX fire alarm bells are ideally suited for fire alarm applications in refineries, gasoline storage and dispensing areas, flammable liquid areas, paint spray booths, aircraft refueling areas, granaries, flour mills, coal mines and other combustible dust areas.

The Edwards B-KM-8140 & 8141 series AdaptaBuzzers are quality, heavy duty AC & DC buzzers designed for use in hazardous locations.  The sound is produced by the hammer action of a vibrating armature against the cover.  The buzzers are provided with two mounting lugs for wall mounting.  A 1/2" (13mm) tapped conduit entrance is provided on one side for field wiring.  Wiring connections are made in the base of the unit and the cover assembly plugs into a receptacle in the base.

For sue in hazardous location areas where a distinctive, lower dB buzzer signal is required for timing, scheduling, paging, and general alarm applications.  Typical installations include petroleum plants, gas plants, grain elevators, flour and paper mills, textile plants, and tankers
